Before contacting support

1. Confirm you are on a supported captioned YouTube watch page or Short.
2. Open the extension and verify that the disclosure is accepted and Google sign-in is complete.
3. In the popup or player widget, choose a supported interpretation voice and confirm the intended language pair.
4. Check the status shown in the popup and player widget.

Privacy and security

For privacy or security reports, use the same contact and begin the subject with “Privacy” or “Security.” Account deletion instructions are at Data Deletion.
