Terms of Service

These terms govern Sentence Echo, operated by 이성만. Review them and the Privacy Policy before using the service. The in-product privacy choice concerns the disclosed data processing only; it is not presented as a separate acceptance of these terms.

The service

Sentence Echo provides sentence-level Google Gemini-generated spoken interpretation for supported captioned YouTube watch pages and Shorts. Google sign-in and a reachable Sentence Echo service are required. The extension uses caption text and does not collect current-tab or microphone audio.

Eligibility and price

You must be legally able to accept these terms, or have any consent required under applicable law. The current extension does not charge users directly. We will disclose any future price before it applies.

Your responsibilities

You may process only content you are lawfully entitled to access and use. You must follow the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable copyright, privacy, export, sanctions, and other laws. You may not scrape in bulk, build a content corpus, evade quotas, share app credentials, attack the service, or use output for unlawful or high-risk purposes.

AI output

Interpretations can be delayed, incomplete, offensive, or wrong. Sentence Echo is not a certified interpreter and is not for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other high-stakes reliance.

Third-party services

Google, YouTube, Google Gemini, Chrome, and hosting providers have their own terms. Sentence Echo is independent and is not endorsed by those providers.

Accounts

Keep your Google and Sentence Echo sessions secure. Logout ends an app session; account deletion is a separate action described at Data Deletion. We may suspend abusive or unlawful use.

Availability and changes

The service may change or be unavailable because of browser, YouTube, network, provider, or maintenance conditions. Material data-practice changes will be disclosed before they take effect and will request new consent where required.
