이 약관은 Sentence Echo가 운영하는 서비스에 적용됩니다. 서비스를 사용하기 전에 이 약관과 개인정보처리방침을 확인하세요. 제품 내 개인정보 선택은 공개된 데이터 처리에만 관련되며, 이 약관에 대한 별도의 동의로 제시되지 않습니다.

서비스

Sentence Echo는 지원되는 자막이 있는 YouTube 보기 페이지와 Shorts에 Google Gemini가 생성한 문장 단위 음성 통역을 제공합니다. 일반 사용자는 완전히 준비된 영상만 검색하고, 추천받고, 요청하고, 재생할 수 있습니다. 큐레이터는 전체 영상을 명시적으로 준비할 수 있으며, 관리자는 역할을 관리하고 기록된 권리 정보를 검토하여 결과를 게시하거나 게시 종료합니다. Google 로그인과 연결 가능한 Sentence Echo 서비스가 필요합니다. 확장 프로그램은 현재 탭이나 마이크 오디오를 수집하지 않습니다. 큐레이터가 준비를 시작한 경우에만 서버가 해당 영상의 원본 음원을 YouTube에서 일시적으로 받아 로컬 Whisper 분석에 사용하고 처리가 끝나면 삭제합니다.

이용 자격, 가격 및 자발적 후원

사용자는 이 약관에 동의할 수 있는 법률상 능력이 있거나 관련 법률에서 요구하는 동의를 받아야 합니다. 현재 확장 프로그램은 사용자에게 직접 요금을 부과하지 않습니다. Sentence Echo는 외부 Ko-fi 페이지로 연결되는 선택적 후원 링크를 제공할 수 있습니다. 후원은 서비스 접근, 기능, 계정 상태 또는 지원 품질에 영향을 주지 않고 유료 기능·구독·크레딧을 제공하지 않으며, 결제는 Ko-fi에서 처리됩니다. 향후 가격이 적용되는 경우 적용 전에 안내합니다.

사용자의 책임

사용자는 합법적으로 접근하고 사용할 권한이 있는 콘텐츠만 처리할 수 있습니다. YouTube 서비스 약관과 관련 저작권, 개인정보 보호, 수출, 제재 및 그 밖의 법률을 준수해야 합니다. 관리자는 게시 전에 권리 근거와 참조 정보를 기록해야 하지만, 이 통제 절차는 법률 자문이나 소유권 증명이 아닙니다. Chrome 웹 스토어 검토·등록, Google API 접근 또는 자막에 대한 기술적 접근은 콘텐츠 권리를 부여하지 않습니다. 대량 스크래핑, 승인되지 않은 콘텐츠 말뭉치 구축, 할당량 우회, 앱 자격 증명 공유, 서비스 공격, 불법 또는 고위험 목적의 결과물 사용은 금지됩니다.

AI 결과물

통역은 지연되거나 불완전하거나 불쾌감을 주거나 틀릴 수 있습니다. Sentence Echo는 공인 통역 서비스가 아니며 의료, 법률, 금융, 긴급 상황 또는 그 밖의 중요한 의사결정에 의존하기 위한 용도가 아닙니다.

제3자 서비스

Google, YouTube, Google Gemini, Chrome 및 호스팅 제공업체에는 각자의 약관이 적용됩니다. Sentence Echo는 독립적인 서비스이며 해당 제공업체의 보증이나 후원을 받지 않습니다.

계정

Google 및 Sentence Echo 세션을 안전하게 관리하세요. 로그아웃하면 앱 세션이 종료되지만, 계정 삭제는 데이터 삭제에 설명된 별도 작업입니다. 삭제하면 개인 투표, 큐레이터 사용량 및 제작자 귀속 정보가 삭제되지만 계정과 연결되지 않은 공유 카탈로그 미디어가 자동으로 게시 종료되지는 않습니다. 악의적이거나 불법적인 이용은 정지될 수 있습니다.

가용성 및 변경

브라우저, YouTube, 네트워크, 제공업체 또는 유지보수 상황에 따라 서비스가 변경되거나 제공되지 않을 수 있습니다. 데이터 처리 관행의 중대한 변경은 효력이 발생하기 전에 공개하며, 필요한 경우 새로운 동의를 요청합니다.

법률 및 문의

Terms of Service

These terms govern Sentence Echo. Review them and the Privacy Policy before using the service. The in-product privacy choice concerns the disclosed data processing only; it is not presented as a separate acceptance of these terms.

The service

Sentence Echo provides sentence-level Google Gemini-generated spoken interpretation for supported captioned YouTube watch pages and Shorts. Ordinary users can search, receive recommendations, request and play only fully prepared videos. Curators can explicitly prepare complete videos, and administrators manage roles, review recorded rights information, publish results, and retire them. Google sign-in and a reachable Sentence Echo service are required. The extension does not collect current-tab or microphone audio. Only when a curator starts preparation, the server temporarily obtains that video's source audio from YouTube for local Whisper analysis and deletes it when processing ends.

Eligibility, price, and voluntary support

You must be legally able to accept these terms, or have any consent required under applicable law. The current extension does not charge users directly. Sentence Echo may provide an optional link to an external Ko-fi support page. Supporting does not affect service access, features, account status, or support quality, provides no paid feature, subscription, or credits, and payment is handled by Ko-fi. We will disclose any future price before it applies.

Your responsibilities

You may process only content you are lawfully entitled to access and use. You must follow the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable copyright, privacy, export, sanctions, and other laws. An administrator must record a rights basis and reference before publication, but that control is not legal advice or proof of ownership. Chrome Web Store review or listing, Google API access, or technical access to captions does not grant content rights. You may not scrape in bulk, build an unauthorized content corpus, evade quotas, share app credentials, attack the service, or use output for unlawful or high-risk purposes.

AI output

Interpretations can be delayed, incomplete, offensive, or wrong. Sentence Echo is not a certified interpreter and is not for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other high-stakes reliance.

Third-party services

Google, YouTube, Google Gemini, Chrome, and hosting providers have their own terms. Sentence Echo is independent and is not endorsed by those providers.

Accounts

Keep your Google and Sentence Echo sessions secure. Logout ends an app session; account deletion is a separate action described at Data Deletion. Deletion removes personal votes, curator usage and creator attribution but does not automatically unpublish account-unlinked shared catalog media. We may suspend abusive or unlawful use.

Availability and changes

The service may change or be unavailable because of browser, YouTube, network, provider, or maintenance conditions. Material data-practice changes will be disclosed before they take effect and will request new consent where required.
